RSS RSS E Formula for Open-Ended Responses

Students don't often know what is required to answer an open-ended question successfully. They need to understand that they must respond to all parts of the task, support their answer by using the text, and provide an extension or insightful explanation. If they understand and use all of these elements they will be successful.
The RSS RSS E formula is one method to assist students in acheiving our goal in being successful in answering open-ended questions. Restating is a strategy students can use when they have to answer any question.
